Rakesh, Chomu
Gas, constipation and constant tension — a slow rebuild through diet, breath and sleep.
The problem
Rakesh came in with heaviness after every meal, constipation that came and went, and a persistent tightness across the abdomen. He had tried several remedies picked up from friends and the internet, each for a week or two, none long enough to tell him anything useful.
The wellness journey
The plan focused on regularity: warm, simple food at fixed hours, adequate water through the day rather than all at once, and a short yogic sequence chosen for digestive comfort. Stress handling came in through breathing practice, ten minutes twice a day, because his flare-ups clustered around deadline weeks.
The follow-up
Monthly reviews adjusted the plan as the seasons changed. When symptoms rose again during a difficult stretch at work, the response was to steady sleep and practice rather than to change everything at once.
In their own words
"The biggest shift was mental. I stopped chasing a quick fix and started keeping a routine. My mornings are calm now, and that was unthinkable two years ago."
