Anjali, Jaipur
Years of bloating and unpredictable mornings, and what changed once the day had a shape.
The problem
Anjali had lived with bloating, cramping and unpredictable mornings for close to four years. Tests came back normal each time, which was reassuring and frustrating in equal measure — nothing was "wrong", yet nothing felt right either. Meals became something to fear, and travelling for work meant planning around bathrooms rather than meetings.
The wellness journey
The first month changed almost nothing about what she ate and almost everything about when. Fixed meal times, a lighter dinner well before bed, and twenty minutes of gentle practice each morning. Pranayama came next, then a short evening walk. Guruji kept the plan deliberately small so that it could actually be followed on a bad week.
The follow-up
Fortnightly follow-ups tracked patterns rather than symptoms alone: sleep, stress at work, and the days that went well. Two triggers surfaced that she had never connected — long gaps between meals, and late-night screen time pushing sleep past midnight.
In their own words
"I did not get a cure, and nobody promised me one. What I got was a routine I trust, and far more good days than bad ones. That has been enough to give me my work and my travel back."
